Canon: Torchwood/Doctor Who, after Torchwood S3 (carryover from CFUD)
Age: appears late 30s/early 40s
Height: 6'0"
Basic Physical Description: A handsome brown-haired white man with the adult charm and toothpaste-commercial smile of an old-school movie star. (I.e., John Barrowman.) He generally swans about in a big ol' RAF greatcoat and has a thing for WWII era style in general. Also: smells really nice.
Abilities/Powers & Skills
Physical: Has the strength/speed/agility of a fit but normal human man whose job involves a lot of running/fighting on a regular basis. And great stamina, too, if ya know what I mean.
Magical/Supernatural/Etc.: He can't die – or rather, he can die, but he can't stay dead, due to being a fixed point in time. (Long story.) How quickly he revives depends on how physically traumatic the death was. (He once had a bomb planted inside of him and was literally blown to pieces, and his body reconstructed itself from, like, a hand. It took a while and was hugely painful and gross.)
Special Skills: A pretty crack shot. He has a huge range of experience working across cultures/species/etc., so he tends to be very quick at picking up how to use new and unfamiliar things.
Arsenal/Inventory: a couple of handguns, some miscellaneous alien tech
